Blog #9: Listen to the Pulse of Life

"Can you hear it? The Pulse of Life?"

Listen to the world around you as you ask yourself this question. Your neighbors, your house, in you; Life is always flowing. With you, around you, in you; before you and after you.

The pulse of life is something that no one can ever stop. It is a presence that will always be there, whether you choose to acknowledge it or not. Listen and tell me if you can hear it: The pulse of the world, the pulse of the city, and the pulse within you. Everyone can hear if they just choose to take a moment to breathe, and listen.

Everyone's pulse is different, but that pulse is still there. Listen, dance, and create. What you choose to do with the pulse of life is up to you.

"We all have a pulse, and with it we can do an inifinite number of things."

Now let me ask you this:

~What is the pulse of life to you?~

Keep on breathing,

-Mike

Holograms

Holograms:

The Hologram is one of the marvels of laser technology. They present multidimensional images that look like sculptures in light. The most intriguing thing about them is that lasers scatter beams of light so that information relating to the whole image can be seen in every single part.

Basically, the WHOLE image is contained in all parts. Everything is enfolded in everything else!

My point is that we are not just "parts" of iPulse, but we are iPulse. Every single person in this group is an Infinite Pulse and every single idea we act on can show who we are- Infinite Pulse!

cool

P.S. Hologram info. came from the non fiction "Imaginization" by Gareth Morgan.

"Would you choose a life of hardship, and endurance to have great accomplishment, or a life of comfort and ease and have no great accomplishments?"

It just leaped off the page at me when I was reading the'book full of questions'. Yes... why I was reading the 'book full of questions' was not clear, but I was reading the book of full of questions.

It just struck. Would I live a hard life to get amazing stuff done, or would I sit back and enjoy my simple life, is what it boiled down to for me. Then again, the idea of "great accomplishments" really needs to be thought about too. If I live an average run of the mill life, with a job, a family and watching TSN on the weekends, would there be no great accomplishments in raising a family and going to work everyday?

On the flip side, if I was to take on the problems of  the world on the back of my shoulders, and do all in my power to save the hunted whales, eradicate homlessness, or cure diseases in third world countries, would my life be full of hardship?

I think we can do great accomplishments and have a life of comfort too. I think we can break barriers, and truly live to the fullest and still find time to relax. We can spark a pulse and find time to breath.
